Pros

Onsite gym, lunch and snacks provided, decent pay and good benefits.

Cons

Reading through these reviews in chronological order actually paints a pretty accurate portrayal of what’s happening at this company. A few years ago this was a decent place to work. However, the culture, much like the owner’s mental state, is deteriorating rapidly and because he inserts himself into every single aspect, everything is at the mercy of his whims. Unfortunately, the owner's vision and the luck that started this company cannot grow it or even sustain at this point as the lack of strategy, nonexistent leadership and inconsistency is taking it’s toll on the employees and the business itself. If you take a position here, just hope they let you go while there’s still cash to pay a settlement.

The hardest job I have ever had

Pros

A recognizable name for your resume in the IT industry

Cons

No matter what you are hired for your job becomes trying to manage the management. 2+ years with no raise... Or raises are given and then taken away by some kind of "restructuring". Owner suffers from narcissistic, sociopathic, delusional behavior. If you think you have a relationship, you are wrong. Your value is determined by emotional based numbers or how the Owner might be perceived if you were let go... and even that has a time limit. The Owner thinks he is smarter than everybody in the room (even though he is not) and draws conclusions on how you answer questions rather than the content of your answer. This company is where it is only because of demand in the industry... the Owner basically "lucked" into this, CBT has been successful despite his negative influence. This is a small company so everybody is subject to direct influence from the Owner.

Pros

Good Pay. Decent benefits. Lots of employee perks.

Cons

You have a 3 year shelf life as a sales person no matter how successful you are. Subscription based business so as a sales person you grow the reoccurring revenue and make the company a lot of money, you are then replaced by a new sales person who they do not have to pay, yet continue to collect monthly revenue from the accounts that you created. Constant change of the commission structure.
