      Pros

      - Great and leading technology for the auto claims vertical - Worked with some great people

      Cons

      - Overworked and under-appreciated - Poor CS leadership that provides little to no guidance or support, doesn't listen to their people, and easily places blame on others before gaining any understanding - CSM on-boarding is poor and gives no direction to our daily objectives and overall goal in the role. Shadowing just doesn't cut it. - There's an "in" group, so you tend to feel outcasted

      There are some very talented people that work for CCC.

      Cons

      Not sure if the atmosphere has changed, but for me, there were SO MANY #MeToo moments! CCC is (or at least was) very much a boy's club.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with some interesting technology. Company is working toward diversifying products.

      Cons

      There are many. Perhaps a better experience than mine and many of my colleagues is possible at HQ. Titles there are inflated. Everyone is a “senior” something. Otherwise, satellite offices are largely treated as inferior. Management changes direction constantly and cannot stick with a decision; employees deal with the consequences and are overworked and stressed. Most interactions are highly political and territorial, so there’s little communication among the leadership. There does not seem to be any sensitivity toward employees, either from HR or management. Most of the worker bees that I interacted with left, either voluntarily or involuntarily.
