Well funded, forward looking/thinking products. Large enough to have resources, small enough to change quickly when needed Compensation is better than average

Cons

Central planning and forecasting new business and products can be challenging to get right. Do a better job defining product roadmap, help customers understand what are products can and can't do and evaluate new Dev. a little more critically.

You get the best of both worlds here at CCC. Stable company, been around 37 years, but is always innovating. The work life balance is good, as long as your good at your job. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

It's a decent size company, so things take time to change.
