      Pros

      Great people to work with who are all intelligent and are really are on top of things. The office is located in the Merchandise Mart with a great view of the Chicago River and scenic downtown area. They truly believe in you and your abilities and allow you to grow and prosper. They were very flexible and had good benefits. Very diverse and open to all cultures and backgrounds. Githesh is a very friendly an open minded CEO that wants to hear feedback and thoughts no matter how bad or good.

      Cons

      The only downsides for me was the commute because I lived in the suburbs. At times it was very difficult especially in the negative degree Chicago temperatures with walking a mile to and from Union Station.

      Excellent long term performance of the company. Great people to work with as a team. Continues to grow and expand in the market.

      Cons

      No real downside. The company attracts both new, young employees and seasoned veterans.
