      I have worked for CCC for 4 years as a Field Employee and have had a great experience. The company is fair and always looking to improve.

      CCC is a great company to work for and there are no cons to be overly concerned about.

      Pros

      have met a few friends. cheap health insurance. quite a bit of time off.

      Cons

      your neighbor inflates their numbers. you work harder than your neighbor. you get paid less than your neighbor. you get paid less than new employees. whatever you discuss with management will hang above your head for eternity (and used against you!). no one wants to work there anymore (hard to find willing people). too many over-paid managers. you have more education than most of the managers combined. under-staffed. over-worked. under-paid.
