No or Zero clarity in career paths unless you are under very few people. 9. More managers and Directors than developers. The ratio of managers and developers was 1:1 in my team . 10. Developer does all things requirement/coding/testing/qa testing/moves to various environments/production issues/long productions nights 11. Zero QA help.

Years of inactivity. has lost customers for number of years. Processes are archaic. Customer is ignored. employees are rarely promoted. no one knows what does it take. benefits are so so. very short term vision in products. e.g. there is no data model.
