Good pay and benefits Nice office space and location Good for someone just starting out looking to get some experience

Cons

Since new management took over, morale is low. Many current employees looking to leave. If you are a seasoned professional - steer clear of CCC!

downtown chicago. near transportation. salary range decent some co-workers treat you with respect

huge morale issue direction change constant and hard to make traction management team is not capable of helping to solve execution problems

Pros

Decent work/life balance, there is flexibility to move around in certain areas of the company. Management is hands off, (see cons as well). Salary and Benefits decent. Downtown Chicago location makes it access pretty reasonable for most. Depending on position, telecomunting is allowed.

Cons

Difficult to get promoted. Once an individual is in a position they are for the most part stuck in that pos until leaving. Management is hands off --need some direction! Too much work and no prioirity or direction provided by Management. Small company and with a small company resources are expected to wear different hats.
