above average pay for comparable title and position casual dress code, managed economic downturn very well, encourage work life balance, minority friendly
Cons
no opportunities for professional growth, lots of deadwood will hinder any advancement opportunities; to few workers and too many line managers- every worker will have 3 different managers who do nothing and add no value. my manager did nothing except go to meeting and come back with stuff that I needed to do- not sure why I couldn't do the same!!! lots of cliques who run small fiefdoms with no accountability- you could get by with little or no work if you belong to those charmed circles;
