      Originally filled with opportunity that, as time went on, soured and became very uncomfortable.

      Pros

      Excellent co-workers. Fair benefit and compensation package. Good networking opportunities. Great location in one of the most beautiful buildings in Chicago.

      Cons

      A psychotic management team that has "cleaned house" just before the holidays almost every year they've been in business. The bonus structure is heavily weighted against any but the "elite performers" making the full amount available. Creativity is stifled and the good of the customer is not the real goal.

      Pros

      Some sharp minds in there...but not fully utilized, and some organizations are not structured properly.

      Cons

      It seems that bad managers get praised and advanced due to the "buddy system". The use of archaic email and CRM systems.

      Pay good, benefits good, office space is ok, some other good people to work with

      Cons

      Terrible management and way to many of them, all directors and no one to do the actual work. You need to be included in the "in" crowd to stay afloat in this company.
