      Disorganized Work life balance, expect you to do a lot with a little Turn over semi frequent in certain areas Culture of compliance nonexistent Old school regarding things like performance reviews, promotions Require in person 1 or 2 days a week depending on department Maternity leave benefit is VERY sub par for tech industry Other benefits are nothing special, room for improvement if they want to keep up with other tech companies
