      Great people, some innovation and great downtown location

      Products are driving by few customers vs looking at market opportunity and this mentality limits growth and innovation.

      It's very fast paced .. a lot of challenges .. there are a lot of opportunities .. And a lot of appreciation and rewards. Getting the chance to work with multiple teams is actually one of the big pluses

      Too much politics going on that you have to keep up with

      Family oriented. Pay for furthering education. Decent vacation time.

      Cons

      Too many lay offs. Laid off their Human Resources Department in Glendora, California. Made no sense. Most employees that were African American were laid off. Seems to employ more upper class employees.
