      Some of the most creative minds being wasted by senior management politics

      Pros

      - It's a growing company with some very smart people - Decent pay - Flexible WFH policy (depends on the team) - Some interesting projects going on - You will be given your creative freedom with technology

      Cons

      - Management only tries to make their own people get ahead in the company to a point where others start leaving the company - No proper management structure. Sometimes the management won't even know what you are working on - You cannot expect any help from upper management

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, average pay, bonus pay out.

      Cons

      Management has no direction, and lots of finger pointing, better cover your A$% with email followup. Give yourself a favor and look elsewhere, very high turn-over. Been here for over 10 years...I've seen it all....

      Nice people to work with if you steer clear of the caddy groups of people

      Cons

      Management slow to respond to anything and implement anything that is considered a process improvement. Title means a lot in this company - if you do not have a big boy title, you are not listened to. There is also no room for growth in groups - people stay in positions for 10+ years without title change / new challenges / increase in salary
