Pros
The people through first level management are good, the people are bright and hard working. There is a good balance between new people to the company and people who have worked here for years and years.
Cons
The executive leadership is weak. Always looking for a "silver bullet". never make budgeted figures. Revenue shortfalls and too much outsourcing and dependence on offshore resources. The in-depth knowledge is lacking because of alse "cost savings".
