People are stretched too thin--and after years of that I think that it's hard to stay motivated. As a result there's a lot of "Well this isn't my job--it's your job" going on and the internal politics are frustrating. It's a little bit of a boys club at times, especially in sales. They have yet to clearly define responsibilities for certain roles.

HR is for saving CCC from lawsuits. The will do NOTHING for the indivudal employee. If you get harasses and complain about it enough you willl be removed from the area and blacklisted from moving up.
