      Pros

      The people are great. The business is interesting.

      Cons

      The company enables people to move into diffrent departments. If you get a manager that does not like your sucess well you have a problem. I have to say I did not come accross many of them at CCC however they are there. My suggestion keep your eyes and ears open and network within the company.

      Pros

      Decent work/life balance, there is flexibility to move around in certain areas of the company. Management is hands off, (see cons as well). Salary and Benefits decent. Downtown Chicago location makes it access pretty reasonable for most. Depending on position, telecomunting is allowed.

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted. Once an individual is in a position they are for the most part stuck in that pos until leaving. Management is hands off --need some direction! Too much work and no prioirity or direction provided by Management. Small company and with a small company resources are expected to wear different hats.

      relaxed work environment, casual dress code, some managers are vested in employee's success, managed economic downturn very well, encourage work life balance, minority friendly

      Cons

      lack of career advancement, lack of fresh ideas for growth, company increasingly dominated by bean counters, lack of new products
