      Good pay for the amount of work expected, management is wonderful about work life balance/family time.

      Stay away if you are looking for company culture that takes care of their employees

      Pros

      some benefits were helpful, but not what you would find in the highly competitive tech market

      Cons

      I experienced a very backward, 1950's type automotive culture that was trying to be as inclusive and diverse and pose as a modern tech culture. The team said that they were a flexible work force, but their actions did not allow for parenting during a pandemic or any grace during very unusual times. I would stay away from this culture as it seems to be driven by fear at the head of some of the orgs, and could not give any help during this unprecedented era in our world.
