Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible schedule, great coworkers, friendly and accepting company culture, good benefits, and fully remote work. It was the perfect job until it wasn’t anymore (see cons)
Cons
Relatively low pay, although with all the other pros this con was easy to ignore. Then there were unreasonable expectations, if your production doesn’t meet their metrics, they tell you to focus on that and forget about quality, then penalize you for your quality no longer being perfect when you do meet production.
