Arrogant Leadership with no knowledge of modern way of building apps

Pros

Work from home ( no one cares if you work, you can easily drag tasks for an entire quarter and end up with an award). Almost everyone has an award

Cons

Leadership is horrible and Everyone is easily 10-15 years with the company and absolutely very far from Modern way of building web apps. Architects have no eye on the future or scalable solutions and the coding standards in the company in on par with the 90s.
