The Mart is an historic Art Deco building and a tech hub with great restaurants, a mix of businesses and the CTA coming into the building. CCC’s space, including restrooms and common areas, is clean and welcoming. Regarding the age of our population, we skew young - the median age of the over 600 employees who work in our corporate Mart headquarters is 35; the average age of the hundred-plus new employees hired in the past eighteen months is 30.
