Wolf is sheep's clothing. The Executive Team says all the right things, but does not live by the standards they promote. Integrity and Respect are in the Mission statement but you need to know you are simply a piece in their puzzle to make money. They will throw you under the bus if it fits them. There is a history of allowing for unsafe work environments, whether it literally be physical or mental. What it comes down to is they say they care about you, but at the end of the day they don't. They will cut you loose the second you challenge (prove to them) that they don't live the Mission. I worked in a number of different roles over many years for this company. I never dreamed they could be so evil. But they proved me wrong. Proceed with an abundance of caution.

Qualified and experienced HOA managers are hard to find, so management throughout the company is inconsistent. HOA employment is for thick-skinned people because a small percentage of residents can be very difficult to work with. Depending on your responsibilities, work at this company can be a thankless job for the trouble you experience from residents when you don't receive support from management. Politics and scandal has been significant at a west valley property. The turnover at this location has been significant in recent years and not due to the pandemic. Those who were passionate about their jobs and the community have left due to inconsistencies in policy, enforcement of HOA rules, and lack of support and direction from new management.
