Pros

Work-life balance is fantastic. Benefits package is top-notch. Employees are all nice and helpful even from different teams. Everyone wants everyone to succeed. No one is micromanaged.

Cons

Not a lot of connections with upper management, but I guess none needed at this time in my position.

The culture is warm and welcoming. Everyone is willing to help each other out and do not shame you for not knowing certain things.

Cons

The job can be a bit boring at times. Some of the tasks that are assigned can be accomplished in a few minutes.
