Pros

Great company reputation in the industry that was built years ago under the old president.

Cons

Upper management lost the meaning of the company and does not treat employees like they are important or needed. The clients gets the better treatment while staff is treated like just workers. On site teams are left to fend for themselves.

Some events go late/take up weekends but the good thing is you can balance out your hours during the week.
