Cons

-Paid time off benefits are outdated compared to local companies -Paid parental leave is not offered -Company Technology is outdated

Pros

If you're fortunate to have good leadership, this can be a great company to work for. Full time benefits package. Willing to hire inexperienced individuals for high paying positions.

Cons

Management will not give opportunities for growth and instead are focused on their own career growth or that of personal friends. New upper management is impersonal and does not take time to talk to employees to set career goals specifically for them. Compensation is not competitive and does not reflect your experience or workload.
