      Pros

      Great company reputation in the industry that was built years ago under the old president.

      Cons

      Upper management lost the meaning of the company and does not treat employees like they are important or needed. The clients gets the better treatment while staff is treated like just workers. On site teams are left to fend for themselves.

      Good company to work for.

      Cons

      Promotion is slow as it depends on the growth of the company. When HOAs are not being added as clients, chance of movement is limited. Especially in Arizona. There is growth in other states if you want to relocate.
