      Pros

      Good work/life balance. A few company perks like bagels on Fridays, soda and free coffee, etc.

      Cons

      Company got sold to Information Innovators Inc and a huge exodus of management left shortly after. Triple I cut contracts of former CCSi people and brought on other Triple I employees to replace. Executive leadership is not the best. Hard to move around the company to try other things.

      Pros

      Truly a family with devotion to the employee's personal growth. Spot incentives for showing results and helping to grow the busines were great! Benefits, especially the 401k match, were great!

      Cons

      I really have nothing bad to say about the company. For a small company, it's processes were much more mature than the norm.
