      The Marketing & Communications Team is Racist

      There are very little pros. They underpay their employees

      Cons

      The marketing team is racist and sexist. They constantly bring up peoples immutable characteristics as reasons to not highlight the work they did in order to give an impression they are trying to be more diverse. Their executives are 90 percent white men, the group itself is 90 percent white and they constantly put others down for things they cant change. I recommend not working here

      The office environment is good, close to harbor.

      Cons

      A lot of good managers left, and only left with poisonous ones. Micromanage and speaking rude and mean.
