      Benefits package is good Good projects if you can find them and fight for them Good project managers if you are lucky

      Cons

      Toxic work environment Low pay compared to competitors Sexism and racism are prevalent and flourishing Poor management Poor company structure Minimal opportunity for growth They measure your “utilization” which is how billable you are. Management is responsible to make sure you have work and are on projects but if you don’t meet your “utilization” goal it falls on you.

      Great people and most are passionate about making a positive difference in the world. Challenging and career defining opportunities. Plenty of clients and projects to work on. No one day is the same.

      Cons

      Middle management and departmental or divisional silos. Middle management is risk adverse while executive leadership and the young professionals are more bold. Time in grade requirements limits merit based career growth and there is no program for extraordinary employees to leap frog or quickly climb the corporate latter.
