      I am given as much responsibility on projects as i can handle. A fantastic opportunity for picking up new skills and learning a lot about the industry, your discipline and other disciplines. Working on projects across the country has given me good exposure to interesting and challenging projects. Lots of really bright and talented people on board that will help you grow, develop your skills and provide mentorship.

      Cons

      Crushing workload. The work will consume your life if you do not set boundaries. High staff turnover rates leads to lost institutional knowledge.
