      Great communication from higher level management. Encouraged to give back through volunteer work or fundraising. Good programs for young professionals.

      Big emphasis on utilization rates, with high goals even at entry level positions.

      Central office location; innovative equipment and desk setup (adjustable desk/double monitor)

      Cons

      Dull environment, little attempt to setup company sponsored outings/events out of date reporting/reconciliation processes and understaffed in multiple areas. New hire vacation not great, probably an industry minimum. Sick day policy disgraceful as PTO need be taken. Tuition policy is also terrible/ basically non existent in my opinion. A middle aged demographic for the most part.
