      Very talented work force and diverse project portfolio. Good reputation for high quality work product. Strong staff training (as long as UT target met)

      Cons

      Focus on UT (utilization = billable hours). Salaries tend to somewhat lag industry. Poor attempts to impose corporate large-office organizational/management model on diverse small offices.
