      Traditional Work Environment. No ping pong tables in break areas, but also not asking employees to stay to all hours. Work during normal business hours and go home at a reasonable time. Travel is not a requirement Management enables engineers to perform their job. Private Company Mentoring Program

      It is rare the design engineer sees their end product.

      As a new employee to CDM Smith I greatly appreciate the process of acclimation to the organization. The available resources such a training and development are very effective. Most importantly however are the wonderful and talented people that I work with.
