      Pros

      CDM Smith is still employee owned. A real gem in the consulting industry that emphasizes quality and creativity and is focusing on the future. Management and vision is getting much better...they had to clean up some problems and are headed in the right direction.

      Need more emphasis on technical people and the value they bring.
