No value to employees - corporate initiatives take priority over raises and acknowledgement, leading to high turnover. The company may draw in a lot of young talent because the name is well known to be a good company. However, there is no career path here. Managers do not give you work, do not help you learn, it's almost impossible to get on projects, you get thrown off projects without notice, the list goes on. This company also loves to say they are huge supporters of Engineers Without Borders, but no one in the office (110+ people) has any interest in volunteering. Managers in the office have removed me from their projects because I took an EWB-related call during lunch, and they left me a terrible review during the appraisal period 6 months later, saying I prioritized EWB over their project. The manager couldn't just have approached me, that they had to express that in my review instead? Also, out of 110+ people, there were only like 5-7 minorities. When layoffs came around, 4 of those minorities got cut while about 3-5 white women were hired. Cannot help but wonder certain motivations here. Cons everywhere, need I continue?
