      Pros

      Peer support, clean offices, some interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Too political. Weak, invisible leadership who are more concerned with pampering themselves then being innovative to help the firm grow. When was the last time an executive had an innovative idea and followed through on it? Someone should check expense reports, these people drink way too much. Why don't you take that overhead budget spent on so called region meetings and either don't spend to save overhead or give bonuses to the people you deny them too.

      Projects are interesting and diverse. The scientists and engineers that I worked with were professional and polite. Clear goals and milestones.

      Sometimes the upper management liked to change things just so people knew they were there.
