      Pros

      Even though I am an intern, I feel as though my supervisor is a great mentor and leader in her department. Everyone gets along with her and she is great at maintaining efficiency and ensuring everything is completed. I have noticed that my compensation is slightly higher than average and the younger engineers enjoy the amount of time off that they can earn. They also pay everyone based on hours work if you decide to work more.

      Cons

      Work has been tricky to get in our area, so this has led to a variety of people wasting time or having their hours reduced, which is sad to see when other companies in the area are booming.
