      Work does not take too much mental bandwidth

      Cons

      The work is unimaginative and mostly secretarial-type. I spend most of time editing documents and commenting on third-party deliverables rather than doing any technical work myself. If you are looking for a place where you will be pushed to perform state-of-practice technical work, this is not it. This is a place for people looking to just clock-in and clock-out, collecting your paycheck, and not looking for technical, professional, or intellectual growth or any impactful or challenging work.

      Pros

      Large Firm that is well established and respected Diversity (age, gender, education, etc.) Develop & Support Professional Development Work assignments that include travel Use of technology Culture - Encourage team comradery. Salary and Benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Like any other consulting firm, when a project ends, you go where the money is or roll to the "bench". Travel takes you away from your family.
