      Pros

      Central office location; innovative equipment and desk setup (adjustable desk/double monitor)

      Cons

      Dull environment, little attempt to setup company sponsored outings/events out of date reporting/reconciliation processes and understaffed in multiple areas. New hire vacation not great, probably an industry minimum. Sick day policy disgraceful as PTO need be taken. Tuition policy is also terrible/ basically non existent in my opinion. A middle aged demographic for the most part.

      Pros

      I really do like it here. Staff is extremely intelligent and good at their jobs, great culture, and they try to give you the tools to succeed. Flexible work schedule, various work opportunities, and tremendous growth potential.

      None that I have come across thus far.

      Great Management in the electrical department. Solid and ethical engineering firm.

      Cons

      Not as competitive as they used to be. Firm does not get to work on the best projects .
