Cons

Lack of communication regarding who you report to Travel/Home balance can be arduous (often 6-8 weeks in a row on the road) Work hours not defined, will need to balance on your own terms Requirements extend far beyond original expectations in title description

Great workplace where you truly come to work feeling as if you are working as a team

Job security. I have been with the company going on 14 years and truly can see myself staying as I grow old until retire. The company works together as a team. Anytime a team member is behind on tasks there is always someone there to help them out so the day is finished all together. Another great pro to the company is their understanding when family emergencies happen when you have that unexpected doctor appointment or issue with children at school. It is truly a great place to work!
