good benefits but you won't ever see them

Cons

This company uses people to do the heavy lifting and then cuts them loose just before they get their benefits. It doesn't matter how hard you work for them. They promise you whatever they think you want to hear but do not follow through. Training and support is not there unless you repeatedly ask for it.

Everyone is a solid team at this company. The support we all have and give to each other is amazing. Interview process was great. All virtual and the questions asked were great to ensure the position I was interviewing for not only was a fit for them, but for me as well.
