Pros

I highly recommend CDW and I could not imagine working anywhere else. The company is supportive and engaged. Not only internally but outside of the organization as well. I am able to come to work being my authentic self. I feel save and taken care during the pandemic as well.

Cons

There is still work to be done diversifying the workplace but I believe CDW has what it takes to deliver here.
