Pros

Go there for the training, use it as a stepping stone. Continuous training and resources. Right out of school this is a huge opportunity. Perks like crazy, parties, free goodies, and setting up business connections. Unless you're prepared to devote everything to the place and live on nothing and wait, get the most of what you can then move on. The training is worth so much.

Cons

Your manager can make or break you. The largest accounts are completly controlled by management and given only to those that show their worth. You will find opportunities of your own, the big stuff is out there and owned. These guys are 4+years most cases. The goals are huge, sure they are attainable at times. Basing the worth of a customer on their past sales? Alot of these customers make a one time purchase of Microsoft and you spend the whole year chasing tail.

Pros

There are no good reason

Cons

Lets see...they say their benefits package is good but coming from other companies it sucks, their base pay sucks, you make no money unless you get those spiffs, they hire anyone they can, the accounts just get passed from person to person, you just stay there till you find a better gig.

Pros

casual work invironment with an opportunity to learn and grow with the company. Nice People, competitive, friendly, and the best in their business. Extensive training so even if you have no IT experience like I lacked, you will be confident in your abilities in no time. Management is very supportive of work/life balance. Hours are consistant 8:30-5:30 and you never have to work weekends. 401k has a nice contribution. They are a well respected company with solid foundation and consistant growth over their 22 years of existance.

Cons

Starting pay is low, hard to build a book and start making money
