Pros

Pros. Remote I suppose is a pro, but not really. They will never ever let you meet your coworkers. Another pro is I guess if you're lazy- they'll think you're doing a good job. They have no idea what high performers look like so if you want to just be lazy and make a bunch of money doing nothing then this is the place. Of course your resume won't grow at all so this is really a con for me.

Cons

They suck, bad. They don't equip you with tools, they don't listen, they don't care, they basically all just leech off the govy contracts and the private sector division is just CDW playing grab-azz with each other and not doing any real work or even equipping the engineers to do any work. It feels like a joke.
