Very little long term planning, people are not being managed properly, favoritism has run rampid, management not listening to experienced employees, toxic attitudes by managment, passive aggressive attitudes from most people when you take a sick day unless your in the in crowd, over work you with no help then ask for more, they can't keep people and have a hard time finding new talent, pay is on the low end of the job market for most positions, and flex time is not actually usable since there are not enough workers to utilize the time. Over all would not recommend unless you want some experience doing multiple jobs for a pay of the low end of one to take to the next job.

Salaries need to be more competitive.
