The COVID-19 pandemic created many challenges over the last year, but the company has made every effort to implement policies and practices to ensure a safe work environment for its employees across the globe.       Toxic, stressful, lack of communication, tension, and a daily stand off. Please think twice

      Pros

      CECO has purchased an array of brands that are recognized in their respective industries. This has allowed them to ride on the previous successes of these brands.

      Cons

      The work environment here is very toxic and comparable to a stand off. There is no communication between groups and in the rare case that there is it will be edited and sent around people who should be involved. I believe that this stems from everyone being "bought" into CECO and feeling very unsure of their place in the consolidated company. This leads to a large amount of distrust of anyone viewed as an outsider to the group.

      Pros

      Good products with high market recognition.

      Cons

      Company is really struggling to get product out on time. Lead times are mostly over what the market will accept opening the door to competition. Management is driven by margins, not customers despite what corporate says.

In fact we’ve spent 5MM in the last 2 years and have earmarked another 3MM this year for upgrades to our plants.
