Good 1st salary hike. Balanced work load. HR people are good.

Cons

Very bad project control. Indian mentality work environment. Non supportive managers. Very high rate of in/out people. If you are from very strong technical background and have spent time with reputed organization, you will get bored here as organizational processes are very dull and non-standard.
