Health benefits are decent. 4.5% match in 401K (if you invest 6%).
Cons
Constant changes in management and in rules. Employee morale is very low and management makes it worse. Due to downsizing, employees are overwhelmed, overworked, under-appreciated. The company is too busy hiring VP's and not enough workers.
