The COVID-19 pandemic created many challenges over the last year, but the company has made every effort to implement policies and practices to ensure a safe work environment for its employees across the globe. Constant moving priorities. Shifting Silos Little training for Specific unique equipment. "Figure it out" was a common answer. Sr management reversals in focus and duties. Sr management isolated itself from rank and file to formulate "strategies" without concern for realities. Focus too much on blame, and not on problem solving. rampant CYA efforts.

Great place to wear many hats and gain knowledge. You will be push to your limits Management was great to work for and they cared about their employees, but they were handcuffed by c-suit executives.

Cons

Lack of c-suite leadership, company is constantly changing direction and reorganizing. In my several years with the company we went through at least 4 major shifts. High turnover and slow to replace employees
