      Fast paced, high expectations, no balance work/life even in the current state of the world

      Pros

      none, unless you count the endless amount of work thrown at you with no transition, communication or real leadership as "growth opportunity".

      Cons

      the work environment is really toxic, leadership is not united nor has true collaboration on making things better for the employee - hyper focused on the "company" and uses employees as workhorse, no employee recognition at least not where it counts the most unless you find fulfillment being recognized in an email.

      CECO HAS A TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT

      Pros

      Good location in Dallas. Easy to commute

      Cons

      CECO has a toxic work environment, there is no diversity and benefits are horrible compared to other companies in the Dallas metroplex. Everyone fear for their job all the time. Senior leadership has an old fashion style. Young people don’t usually survive in their environment. You will regret accepting a job here.

      Good people in the ranks. Good benefits.

      Cons

      This was the most toxic work environment I've seen. Employees are stressed out and constantly worried for their jobs. No mentor-ship or training, you will just be thrown to the wolves.
