I work on the staffing side of the business, so I can only speak to that. - There is a willingness to be flexible and creative to make sales and support the sales team - Compensation is good and it's a nice blend of salary / commission - The people are friendly and easy to work with - Success is rewarded through promotion and consistently recognized - If you're hitting your goals you gain immediate trust and confidence from upper leadership to continue doing what you're doing - I worked with another staffing company for 3 years before coming to CEI, the working environment and culture are 100% better than they were at the other organization. - Raja the CEO is available if you need him and very hands on in the business. - The management and executive leadership is always accessible. - Free coffee during the day and there's always free bagles or donuts on Fridays. - Flexible and understanding with time off or if you need to run out for appointments
Cons
- The internal CRM system they're using is complex. - The training program is still being formalized, but this is something they've recognized needs improvement and something that is being developed. - Company isn't well established in some areas of the country
