Very involved level staff. Willing to answer questions and teach.

Cons

I think a basic review of the technologies and how they build on each other would have helped. Classes on foundation and how things connect would have been helpful.

Compensation is excellent, vacations and benefits are also. Coming onboard was a great decision. Here you are surrounded by true industry-leading talent, who are hard-working and very successful. Working in this kind of environment empowers me to always learn more, to become more efficient, and to do whatever it takes to perform at my best. Management is always approachable and professional.

Pros

The staffing industry can be a meat grinder. The management at CEI has changed dramatically in the last few years and they will make CEI the company to work at if you want to do staffing...we already have a great process to offer our clients. Staffing is a great way to start out your career in a number of fields and CEI trains and cultivates its people under the new management.

Cons

CEI is in the middle of this evolution. But 90% of enjoying your job, is working for a great boss...and that can outweigh the challenges.
